Orbital welding machine with closed head for pipes Ø6 - Ø77 mm.

Orbital welding machine for pipes Ø6 – Ø77 mm with a wall thickness of max. 2.5 mm (in some cases 3 mm).
Water-cooled head (supply hose length 8 meters).
Stainless steel clamping jaws.
Diameter specific tungsten electrode.
Encoder motor: allows the tungsten electrode to be launched at all angles.
Adjustable forces of closing systems. It enables precise adjustment of the force of the jaws on the pipe to be welded according to its geometry.
Protection against starting without tungsten electrode.

All machines are delivered in their own cases.
4 stainless steel remote control buttons: Start / stop, gas flushing, rotor rotation in one direction and rotation in the other direction.
